I really liked the perfumes themselves, and the scents were great. But this is where it got annoying: the customs and duties info wasn’t clear enough when I placed the order. I thought I had already paid everything at checkout, then later I got hit with extra charges. Maybe it was mentioned somewhere, but it definitely needs to be way more obvious before you buy. It kind of took the excitement out of the order and made it feel less worth it.

My order was just bouncing around loose in the box with barely any padding. The corner was crushed, and the bottle cap had leaked a little too. I don't expect nothing fancy, but this really wasn’t okay.

I tried paying twice and it just kept failing, failing with no clear reason. I didn’t get any help or guidance either, so it was frustrating.

I’m still kind of annoyed about this because the timing was just awful. The international shipping took weeks, and the tracking barely updated the whole time, so I had no idea when it was actually going to show up. It finally arrived, but way later than I needed it
